Schechter welcomes and encourages all prospective parents to visit and tour our campus.Through Open House events and private tours, you will learn about our school’s philosophy and hear about our vision for the future. You’ll watch our caring teachers in action and begin to visualize your child as a part of Kehillat Schechter.

Schechter welcomes and encourages all prospective parents to visit and tour our campus. During a tour, you will be guided by our Director of Admissions. On the tour you will visit classrooms, observe our passionate teachers, learn more about our curriculum and have your questions answered. You will find a community of remarkable students fully engaged in a dynamic, individualized learning environment.
Join us for a new program to help parents navigate the important transition from Preschool to Kindergarten!
Entering kindergarten is a rite of passage, for kids and their parents! Join us for a panel discussion offering insights on how best to help your child navigate this important milestone.
Open House events provide prospective parents an opportunity to tour our campus, visit classes, and speak with administrators. You will also learn about our curriculum, visit classrooms in action and gain a strong overview of the entire school. Current students will accompany the tours and parent ambassadors will also share why they choose Schechter for their family.
Spend your Mondays with us!
We welcome children from birth to age 4 to join Gross Schechter Day School and PJ Library for a variety of activities, including music, crafts, free play and story time from PJ Library’s collection.
Most Mondays from 9:30-10:15 am, starting September 18. Click HERE for more information.
